Originally from Philadelphia, Alan Cohen is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University. Alan and his wife, Shari, have 6 children combined. In his free time, Alan enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren at the beach, attending concerts, playing golf, and poker. Alan is a huge Bruce Springsteen fan. The first time he saw Springsteen was in 1978 and unofficially it's believed Alan has seen him in concert over 200 times.
Alan considers himself a lifetime student of financial services which allows him to adapt the services provided to his clients. He regularly collaborates with related service professionals in tax, law, and insurance to ensure his clients are surrounded by a network of experts working to serve the common goals of the client. He is the "quarterback" for his clients and really gets to know them and their extended families who eventually become friends.
Over the years, Alan’s practice has developed to serve high net-worth families, business professionals, and entrepreneurs, in the design and implementation of financial plans that are customized to their unique circumstances.. Alan’s views his work with clients as a partnership, working together with them to solve for their needs.
With almost 40 years in the industry, Alan Cohen is dedicated to serving his clients in pursuit of their financial goals. Prior to establishing Spectrum Wealth Partners, Alan worked for EF Hutton, Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo Advisors, and RBC Wealth Management. He holds is Series 9 and 10 licenses.
